Promotion Terms & Conditions
- You must agree to these terms & conditions to participate.
- You must be 18 years of age or older and live in the U.S. to participate.
- You must not have signed up in the past for true.com.
- You must sign up for a free trial at true.com by using the link we provide and enter accurate and complete information. You must also agree to true.com's terms and conditions.
- If due to product availibility reasons we are unable to send you a Wii Points card, we reserve the right to send you a Visa Gift card for the same value instead.

LetsPlayWii.com does not guarantee that you will recieve credit for signing up for true.com and that we will ship out a product to you.

It is very rare, but occasionally we will not recieve the notification that you signed up for true.com. Steps that you can take to help protect yourself against this are:
- Do not sign up with fake or fradulent information including information
- Make sure you sign up for true.com using the link we provide you with on the website - do not go to true.com directly by typing the URL into your browser
- Have 3rd party cookies enabled in your browser (this is enabled by default, but switching to high privacy settings can prevent them from working properly)
- If you do not intend on keeping your true.com subscription, wait at least 3 days before cancelling
In the case that you claim that you did sign up for true.com and didn't recieve credit for it, we will do everything we can to help resolve into the issue, but we can not gaurentee we can successfully resolve it for everyone.
For this reason, please keep a copy of your confirmation email that you recieve upon signing up for true.com in case we need it to look into any potential problems.

- LetsPlayWii.com will pay any associated delivery or shipping costs that are incurred by getting your free product to you.

In the unlikely event that true.com stops operation, gets bought by another company that will not participate with us, or otherwise
cannot or refuses to reimburse us for your free trial signup we will be unable to ship your product to you.
- LetsPlayWii.com may change the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time without notice. However, if you wish to be notified of any such changes please contact us and we will be happy to send you a copy of the terms & conditions if/when it changes.
